Refund policy
If you were charged for something you did not intend, here is how we handle it.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the charge you are querying.
- Send your request to help@xrmadrasa-iq.com with the mobile number that was billed.
- Tell us your operator and the date the charge appeared on your bill or balance.
- We confirm by email that your request has been received.
- Every request is checked against our subscription and billing records.
- Charges raised after a confirmed cancellation are always refunded in full.
- Approved refunds are returned through the same operator billing channel that took the payment.
- Cancelling and requesting a refund are separate steps, so do both if you need both.
